Outglow.ai provides subscription-based access to customized AI Genius Agents. Each AI Genius Agent is uniquely minted and assigned:
One-of-a-kind NFT tied to the original headshot image of the agent.
A unique memory privately available to the subscribing customer
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Automated actions such as sending emails, SMS, scheduling, integrating with tools (e.g., Hubspot, Canva), and creating content.
A robust privacy-first architecture, ensuring users’ data remains secure and within their control.
The ability to delete an AI Genius Agent and its memory permanently.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Outglow.ai, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Use the platform and AI Genius Agents in compliance with applicable laws, including communication regulations (e.g., A2P messaging rules).
Avoid using the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or fraudulent activity.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You shall not:
Use the Service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or prohibited communications, including spam or misleading content.
Engage in activities that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or A2P messaging guidelines.
Use the Service in a manner that could harm the Service or its users, including attempting to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
4. Privacy and Security
We prioritize your privacy and data security.
Unique Agent Ownership: Your AI Genius Agent is uniquely minted and linked to your account, ensuring a personalized and private experience.
Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your AI Genius Agent, erasing its memory permanently. This action is irreversible.
Data Usage: We use your data solely to enhance and provide the requested services. We do not sell or share your personal information without explicit consent.

5. Payment and Subscriptions
Outglow.ai operates on a subscription basis. Fees are outlined during the registration process and are subject to change with prior notice.
By subscribing, you authorize Illuminix A.I. Corp. - (Owner of Outglow.ai) to charge the payment method provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI Genius Agents, associated NFTs, and related assets remain the intellectual property of Illuminix A.I. Corp.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the AI Genius Agents solely for the intended purposes outlined in these Terms.
7. Responsibility for Uploaded Content
Users may upload, submit, or provide content (e.g., text, images, documents) for use by their AI Genius Agent. By uploading content to Outglow.ai, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use the content.
Your content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
8. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Contains unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Illuminix A.I. Corp is not responsible for user-uploaded content or any violations of intellectual property rights resulting from such content.
We act as a service provider and do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illuminix A.I. Corp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
